Eligibility :
1.	Students who are studying 4th Class (between 8-9 years as on 31-08-2006)
2.	Students who are studying 5th Class (between 9-10 years as on 31-08-2006)
Certificates to be submitted :
1.	Date of Birth Certificate certified by School
2.	Birth Certificate issued by Grampanchayat / Municipality / Corporation
3.	Recent passport size photographs (3) Nos.

		Posture
		Bony abnormalities

Level of selection : a) District
b) State and through State Level Assessment camp

Intake                      :     a) 30 Students (15 Boys+15 Girls) in Class – IV every year

                                       b) Lateral admission for the  medallists and highly talented
                                           children
